Well, some time ago, in the Speak English Now student group, I asked the following question: "What is your favorite word in English?" I was expecting a few comments, but in the end, there were more than a hundred. So, my idea for today is to comment on some of those words. I think it will be fun. Okay, so here?s the first one: Ewa Filipina says her favorite word in English is "mesmerize." I?d like to mention that the word mesmerize is considered by many one of the most beautiful words in English. It means to get someone's attention completely, so they can't think about anything else.
